Returns

We at Shawn Christopher want you to be completely satisfied with your item(s). If for any reason you do not love the product, we will accept it as a Return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If a product is damaged upon receipt, please specify this in the request for return.  Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days after the delivered to you date.

**Bespoke items are not eligible for return as they are custom made to order.

***Masks are not medical products. They will protect your face and also protect others around you from your own particles or droplets. However, you should regularly wash them. We do not take any responsibility for possible infections, etc. These face masks are nonreturnable and nonrefundable due to health and safety reasons.

Shipping

We understand that having a potential cost of shipping a return can deter a customer from buying a product that they could ultimately love. Let us take that cost out of the equation. Once we receive a request for a return with the item(s) specified, we will email you a return shipping label within 24-48 hours.

After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also process and notify you by email of your refund to your original payment method within 24-48 hours.
